  • Government concierge services.
  • Golf.
  • Spa treatments.

Elite Privilege Access is a ten-year residency visa intended for family members. The one-time price is 1,000,000 THB, equating to about $32,500 for the primary applicant and $25,000 for each dependant. There is no yearly charge. VIP fast airport services, transportation services, government concierge services, and a yearly health check are all part of the program.

Elite Easy Access is a five-year residency visa that allows ex-pats or business persons to enter Thailand on a frequent and easy basis. There is no yearly charge with this option, which needs a one-time payment of 600,000 THB (about $19,500). In addition, for about $48,500, the Elite Easy Access resident visa may be upgraded to the Elite Ultimate Privilege option.
